HPV/Men ACWY/School Leavers Booster Vaccinations (Year 9 ONLY)

We will be in school on Thursday 04/03/2021 to provide HPV, School Leavers Booster and Meningitis ACWY immunisations.

Parents/carers  are advised to telephone the immunisation team on 01633 436959 to give verbal consent and arrange an appointment time. A message can be left stating their child’s name, school and a contact telephone number for a nurse to call them back.

Due to the large volume of calls we will be receiving, it may take up to several days before a return call is made. However, we will ensure that contact will be made prior to the date of the immunisation session.
